Cécile has great success as a master of ceremonies and host for shows and events, and stands out by combining humor and business elements in a truly unique way.

She has two master degrees: one in finance from ESSEC (France), and one in intercultural management from Universität Mannheim (Germany). Cécile has worked for prestigious companies such as Bain & Company, KPMG and Roland Berger in Paris, and has more than fifteen years of experience in leadership roles - including marketing manager and sales manager at Ringnes, marketing director and sales director in Nespresso Nordics, as well as CEO for a Norwegian company.

s a host, she draws on her extensive experience from the business world and classic stand-up, as well as her background in improvisational theater and storytelling (she studied at Cours Florent in Paris). This enables her to engage the audience in an effective and lively way.

Cécile leads both large and small events with a high degree of professionalism – and always with a twinkle in her eye. In addition, she develops relevant ad hoc materials tailored to your event.

She is fluent in Norwegian, English, German, and French, and has extensive experience in moderating panel discussions, award ceremonies, and interviews.
