CHAMPAGNE & BROWN CHEESE: INTERCULTURAL DIFFERENCES AT WORK
On June 13th, I had the pleasure to discuss intercultural leadership and to present my keynote speech on intercultural differences at work at the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce. The workshop’s discussions were articulated around the key differences between French and Norwegian at work and how to build bridges in 5 steps to work efficiently together.

«Jeg er stolt, beæret og rørt», sier Moroni. «Mange komikere jeg ser oppriktig opp til har vunnet prisen før meg som Terje Sporsem, Christoffer Schjelderup. Jonas Bergland, Jonna Støme, Martine Beyer Olsen, Christer Torjussen og Bård Tufte Johansen for å nevne noe, og ikke minst Jonis Josef som delte ut prisen i går. Det er ekstra stas å komme etter dem. Og det er ekstra stas å være kvinne nummer 3 som vinner prisen siden 1996, etter Anne-Kat. Hærland og selveste Sigrid Bonde Tusvik.»

Vinneren av «Årets Klubbkomiker 2023″ har vist et stort engasjement, vilje og vært utrolig målrettet i sine vald i 2023 for å oppnå sine mål. Denne bevisstheten har resultert, og vist at komikeren har tatt Stand Up sjangeren på alvor, som igjen har utviklet komikeren til en meget morsom, poengtert og reflektert komiker. Vinneren har vært med på å berike sjangeren med sitt mangfold, og synliggjort kulturfjorskjeller i en leken og selvironisk form. Vinneren sin fremføring og smittende tilstedeværelse har gjort komikeren til en publikumsyndling. Publikum får, og sitter ofte igjen med et overskudd, og vil ha mer. Komikeren har vunnet andre priser i 2023, og balanserer sjangeren på en mesterlig måte på flere språk, og med sin opprinnelse som bakteppe. Det er en komiker som sier noe viktig i sin samtid, og er godt likt i Stand-up miljøet, hvor komikeren viser raushet og varme, med sin sjarm og gode utstråling.»
On 19 March in Paris, Cécile Moroni received the prestigious award “Trophées des Français de l’étranger”, which is awarded each year to French people all over the word with extraordinary backgrounds promoting France and the French culture. Cécile received the Trophée as the only one in culture category. The ceremony took place at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Cécile is awarded this prize because she has learned a new language and a new culture in a few years and has managed to create a career in Norwegian humor, and that she uses humor to promote French culture both in Norway and all over the world.
She perfoms in Norwegian, English and French.

About Cécile
Cécile's talent is a bit like many Norwegian companies; very versatile and made up of many nationalities. The Norwegian-French comedy star was quickly picked up from the smaller comedy clubs in Oslo to play on the bigger stages (Latter, Folketeatret, Chat Noir, Oslo Concert Hall) either alone or together with international stars. (Jim Gaffigan, Alan Carr, Nate Bargatze, TJ Miller, Iliza Schlesinger)
