Biography

Cécile’s talent is a bit like many Norwegian companies: highly versatile and made up of many nationalities. The Norwegian-French comedy rising star was quickly picked up from the smaller comedy clubs in Oslo to perform on the bigger stages (Latter, Folketeatret, Chat Noir, Oslo Concert Hall), either solo or alongside international stars like Jim Gaffigan, Alan Carr, Nate Bargatze, TJ Miller, Iliza Schlesinger, and Bob the Drag Queen. She also takes part annually in the world-famous Fringe Festival in Scotland with the company Hygge.

Cécile has an education from the renowned Cours Florent in Paris, where she has taken courses in improvisational theatre, invisible theatre, and storytelling. In 2024, Cécile won the "Stå Opp Prize," and she was also nominated for the Humor Prize as Best Stand-Up Comedian. As if that wasn’t enough, she was awarded an international prestigious prize in France for her work promoting French culture abroad. Cécile is currently on a nationwide tour with her first solo performance, "Allo Norge!"

In 2024, Cécile wrote her first book. "Where babies sleep outside» is a professional and humorous book about child-rearing in Norway. The book is published by Mondå Forlag and illustrated by Elise Kollerud, and it will also be released in its French version, titled «Le pays où les bébés dorment dehors" in July 2025.

The business community has also now discovered how her humor can help bring companies and their employees closer together, fostering greater understanding of each other’s cultures and backgrounds. She is passionate about gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, and in 2023 she gave a talk at TEDx on “the future of foreign women leaders in Norway.” She has developed a keynote titled “Champagne and Brunost,” focusing on diversity, inclusion, and intercultural leadership. Cécile was awarded the prize“Rising Star of the Year 2025”by Talerlisten, awarded to the fastest-growing profile.

With two master's degrees in finance and intercultural leadership, along with a long career as a strategy consultant and marketer for international companies (including Bain & Company, KPMG, Ringnes, and Nespresso), Cécile has the qualifications that make her expertise highly relevant and professionally tailored to your company.
